Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

24-hour advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling is required if you are unable to honor your original appointment time.

Failure to comply with our cancellation/Rescheduling Policy may result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

Your Appointment Time

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end at its designated time so that we may remain on time for all other spa appointments.

Gratuity Payment

Venmo and cash only accepted for gratuity
